Ms.luciano was great, she met with me and explained everything, Ms. Luciano gave me ideas on how to present my house. We look all over; at times it was stressful. I'm sure she was frustrated too. We sometimes laugh and also in shock with some homes. I am very happy that I chose Lisa to be my realtor and now a friend.

Karen was excellent to work with. She first meets with you to discuss everything you need to do to put the house on the market. She then does a thorough market analysis on all the houses comparable to yours in the surrounding neighborhoods and the recommends what you should list your house for. When she listed mine she was spot on to the current market and had offers and showings rolling in just after it was listed. The house was sold in less than 2 days. She was great working with the other agent on there list of demands and was knowledgeable in what was needed to be done to make the deal go through. Karen is a terrific realtor to work with and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to sell there house or buy a house to choose Karen.
