I highly recommend Jerry Zolobkowski aka Jerry Z as your real estate agent. I have worked with Jerry twice and will do it many more times. I've bought my first home a multi-family with Jerry back in 2021. This first home is a great investment that generated equity in just a few years. I have been following Jerry's advise to cash-out the equity and reinvested it in another multi-family which is now in 2025 my second home and rental property. I'm very intrigued with real estate as a source of investment and I owe it all to Jerry Z. Richard was very professional and knowledgeable he had great ideas and suggestions on what we should do and not do to better sell the property. Communication was great via text email phone calls he kept me thoroughly informed throughout the whole sale process, he also conversed with my lawyer septic design engineer to help expedite the process.
