What a wonderful experience working with Daren. It started the Summer of 2023 when we entered the Sotheby's office looking for a rental for the summer of 2024. We spent the nicest time chatting and getting to know one another. Little did I know she was really paying attention to everything my husband and I said in terms of our desires in a second home in Falmouth, Ma. It turned out that Daren didn't do rentals and she gave our name and info to another agent for a 2024 rental. During the course of the year, Daren checked in from time to time and it was always the most pleasant conversation. Never pushy, friendly but professional at the same time. During our July 2024 stay in our rental, we decided to look at what property was available in the areas we liked most. Daren very quickly saw that my husband and I had different ideas of what our wants and needs where. Again she listened and listened carefully and well. Without EVER feeling pushy, Daren led us right to the perfect property to make both my husband and I happy. We saw obstacles that she helped us overcome. Daren was with us through the entire closing process, right through to the closing.
