We recently purchased our home and Moriah was our agent. We don’t even know where to begin with our praise for how wonderful it was to work with Moriah. Not only is she amazing at what she does but she’s just an amazing human being. She knows the market inside and out and provided us with many referrals along the way that we ended up using and are very happy we did. She is professional all the way and will go to bat for her clients. She was always accessible when we needed her and was our main source of support through the ups and downs of buying a house. She stayed on top of things and got answers that sometimes we couldn’t even get. If we ever have to go through this process again there’s no question we would use Moriah. And we would definitely recommend her to friends, family, anyone. We hope to remain in touch with her even after our professional relationship ends, that’s just how amazing she is!!

We were referred to Moriah thru an agent I've worked with in the past. And that was the best thing to happen to us for our search. She promptly setup a facetime call and we hit it off from there. She quickly learnt our needs & started to look for properties for us. She helped us navigate the market with her expertise and experience. Since we live 90 mins from the Cape, she did a video tour at all the properties before having us look at it in person. This cut down a lot of unnessecary back and forth. She was also prompt in getting our questions answered by the sellers. Let me start by saying that as a buyer, I didn't even think that I would need a realtor to represent me. I was wrong. Moriah patiently toured each house with us asking us pointed questions, listening closely to our responses and concerns, and helped us clarify what our priorities were. She asked questions of the sellers that I never would have thought to ask. I felt like a had a true advocate in the process. The buying and selling of homes requires a team, and much like Tom Brady, she makes everyone better. After one short conversation, it is evident that this woman loves people and loves her work. Clearly, I highly recommend her!!
