I worked with Tina and her associate Kathy to purchase my condo in Boston and they were a delight to work with. They showed me the perfect condo, and even though they upsold me, I am happy they did because it’s my dream home. And although my view-to-buy time frame ended up spanning well over two years, they always took me very seriously and seemed genuinely happy that I eventually was able to purchase my ‘dream” condo. Kathy was very savvy and bridged the negotiations with the sellers quite beautifully. I had a great experience with Tina and Kathy and highly recommend them.
