Once again, I had to call upon Rick to help me with my home buying process. I relocated from FL back to MA during the pandemic. During this very difficult pandemic time, I made several trips to MA in a relatively short time span looking for condos. Needless to say, it was a bit stressful as I not only was looking for a condo in MA, but I was also selling my condo in FL during this difficult time period. Rick helped me stay focused and in less than three months, I found and closed on the condo of my dreams. Hopefully, this is my final home purchase because moving is a lot of work and way too stressful...but just in case it isn't, you can be sure Rick will be the first person that I will call should I decide to sell again.
