Kim Ide was great. She knew I am was going to be an out of town buyer which meant more responsibility working with me. She made wonderful recommendation for services, attended the walk through and closing on my behalf. She did a lot of research for me since I was out of town. She was very patient as I asked a thousands questions, asked her to resend emails and explain things to me more than once. Chris is AMAZING. He is with you every step of the way and makes you feel like you're his only client. We bought our first house with him in 2016, and when we were ready to sell in 2021/2022, we called him up and it was like no time had passed. Chris takes the agent-client relationship seriously, and explains all the ins and outs of buying and selling along the way. I can't recommend Chris highly enough!
