He helped with all of the arrangements in both that sale and then the purchase of my new home while I was in the hospital! This involved him traveling to me for signatures, his making phone calls to others involved on my behalf, driving me to the bank (with my wheelchair in the back of his car) for document notarization. Steve was amazing to work with!! He helped us both sell and buy our new home and was extremely organized, proactive, and professional. Steve helped walk us through every element of both transactions and did a great job coordinating all parties and making the whole process seamless. His knowledge of the area helped price our sale appropriately and got it under agreement within 3 weeks (AND over the Christmas/New Year holiday)!
