We had a difficult buyer and an issue with a neighbor's encroachment on the property. In addition, about a week prior to closing a truck had an oil spill on the driveway creating a hazardous waste issue. During all this we were away in Florida and weren't available on site to handle the above issues as well as the usual issues of cleaning out the house, selling or giving furniture away and causing various repairs to be made to the premises and a myriad of related problems. Jim and Regina did an extraordinary job of handling all this with professionalism and grace and always in a timely manner. I can't image how we could have gotten closed without their extraordinary efforts. We will recommend Jim and Regina to anyone who wants to buy or sell property.
