One could not ask to work with a realtor who was more responsive, courteous, or pleasant than Mr. Lotane. To say nothing about his efficiency or effectiveness. The property had become stressful for a 98+ year old to deal with and he could not have been more helpful given the situation. If anybody were interested in property in the Cape / Plymouth area, Michael should be the go-to, hands-down choice for a realtor! People like him are hard to find. 10 STARS

There was a particular property on Cape Cod that we spotted on the Zillow website that we were very interested in. Not knowing the market there we contacted Tom Ohearn off of the website. Tom answered all of our questions and was instrumental in helping us secure the eventual purchase of the house. The process of securing the purchase of this particular property came with many challenges, but would not have happened without Tom's guidance and expertise. After closing, Tom continued to assist us by providing us with the names and phone numbers of quality contractors he had personal knowledge of in the area. Thomas Ohearn is beyond professional and we would give him our highest recommendation to anyone looking for a buyers agent.
