My wife and I have bought and sold several properties and we can say without hesitation that Shelby is the best broker with whom we have worked. We hired Shelby earlier this year (2022) to help us find a home on the Outer Cape that could become our primary home in time with the potential to accommodate visits from friends, our kids and growing brood of grandchildren. She worked tirelessly and showed us several properties (sometimes by video as we not always in the area). Even after we found the property that we ultimately bought, she helped us through some potentially tricky negotiations and closing issues.
