Shelby Zawaduk

My wife and I have bought and sold several properties and we can say without hesitation that Shelby is the best broker with whom we have worked. We hired Shelby earlier this year (2022) to help us find a home on the Outer Cape that could become our primary home in time with the potential to accommodate visits from friends, our kids and growing brood of grandchildren. Since I grew up in Provincetown, it was our first choice. However, finding a single family home there with potential for growth and for an amount less than a king’s ransom was going to be a challenge. Shelby was up for that challenge. First off, Shelby is a local and as such knows the history of the town (as well as Truro and Wellfleet which were also considering) and many specific properties. Second, Shelby is a consummate professional. She is smart, ethical, hard working and patient. She listened closely to what we wanted, helped us target what we needed and helped identify several properties that might work. She worked tirelessly and showed us several properties (sometimes by video as we not always in the area). Even after we found the property that we ultimately bought, she helped us through some potentially tricky negotiations and closing issues. Since closing, she has remained available with suggestions for contractors for home improvements. Kudos to Shelby. You cannot go wrong by working with her.

Shelby was amazing as our agent. We were looking for close to a year until we found our house, and Shelby was there ever step of the way ready to answer our questions.
