Because we were selling our property from out-of-state, we were more reliant on Martha's assistance than otherwise would probably have been the case. Her recommendations for companies and individuals to do the necessary upgrades, inspections, and certifications were reliable and successful, as was her suggestion for legal services and other related matters. We could not have accomplished the sale of our property in as efficient, effective, and comfortable a fashion without her expertise, assistance, and understanding. Other sellers (and buyers) on the Cape should be so fortunate as we have been.
