When it came time to sell my family's home of fifty years, and my wife's and my second home for the last twenty years, Martha Knapp was our first and only choice to be our realtor. We could not have accomplished the sale of our property in as efficient, effective, and comfortable a fashion without her expertise, assistance, and understanding.
