Well, when we met John, we had already had a few other agents, and for some reason, something changed. I'm not saying anything wrong about the other agents. John immediately jumped on board and showed us homes on our wish list. John was passionate about us and became a family member. His compassion for us and our children made it feel like a field trip every time. John and I created a safety word because he knew how stressful it can be to look for a forever home. John made these stressful times less stressful with his love for people, and finding our new home became his responsibility just as much as mine. I remember when we first started looking at houses, John came to our car and said, All you have to do is say no, and we will walk away, no questions asked, and that's exactly what we did countless times. Also when it was time to go for an offer she produced the comps. to assist on where your offer should be and worked closely to get it over the finish line. Her services continued with lots of assistance through all the steps required to take you all the way to closing.
