As first time home buyers, we knew absolutely nothing about what we wanted or needed for our growing family. Marc dedicated months showing us many homes every weekend and was always very patient and sweet. He walked us through each step and helped us find our first home! Even after moving in, he has called or texted to check on us. He’s been very sweet and we would one thousand percent recommend him to anyone!

It was such good fortune that we had Dawn as our agent. She was not to us by recommended by anyone. We just happened to walk into one of her open houses. We were not even interested in that particular home, but we were looking for some guidance on the towns on the cape and what might be a good place to look. Dawn not only gave us that guidance but embraced us and poured all of her knowledge and expertise to help us find us the right house. She looked for houses in our original search area but then researched and suggested home across the cape. She spent the time to find the prospective house and then became a resource for all of our questions. She was responsive, thorough and informative. Helped when we were unsure and took the reins when we needed her to. The process was a very easy and I would recommend Dawn Lee to anyone looking to find a home on the Cape; anywhere on the Cape. Dawn knows the Cape, from Bourne to Provincetown. You will not be disappointed!!

Working with Krista was a wonderful experience. She was friendly, and professional, and answered all questions immediately. She made a remote sale run without a hitch and went the extra mile by attending the inspections for us. I would recommend Krista without hesitation for any type of home-buyer; she will put you at ease and make everything run on-time and to perfection!
