Ruth was wonderful to work with and took time and made sure the sellers fixed everything on the inspection report from the big items to the paint chips. She always responded to all my text messages timely and I felt like we were in it together even when things were not going according to plan.

Lastly, from being his customer I have found that Corey further adds value because he himself is also a real estate investor, which means he is constantly doing his homework. Every investor MUST be extra aware of what is happening/changing in their market, or else they could be facing some serious losses. As his customer, you will get to be the recipient of this highly valuable information. GOOD agents are everywhere...but EXCELLENT agents are few and far between.
