He helped with all of the arrangements in both that sale and then the purchase of my new home while I was in the hospital! This involved him traveling to me for signatures, his making phone calls to others involved on my behalf, driving me to the bank (with my wheelchair in the back of his car) for document notarization. His level of dedication and commitment made my dream a reality. I am forever grateful to have worked with someone with his level of professionalism and compassion. James is an incredible agent. He is very insightful, patient (especially for first time homebuyers like myself), and punctual. He spent many weekends helping us find our first home and as the only agent in the whole process (seller didn’t get their agent), he managed the deal really well.
