After living as ‘empty nesters’ for nearly two years, we finally made the tough decision to downsize and leave the home and town where we lived and raised our family for 35 years. While there is a lot of emotion and uncertainty that goes into making such a life altering decision, we could not have found someone who more truly understood us and what are needs were for the future. We were very lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Nancy Coppola, of the Earle-Coppola Real Estate Team. Throughout the entire process Nancy always stayed in constant communication with us, whether it be by phone, text or email to answer our many questions. Her prompt responsiveness, day or night, and her calming manner during the buying process was so very much appreciative. Nancy handled every aspect of purchasing our home, from start to finish. We were able to sign all of our documents electronically through email and the whole process could not have been easier. We are forever grateful for the opportunity to work with Nancy on our most important purchase. Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!

Cindy guided us through the entire process and we never felt like we didn’t know where we were at during the buying process. Her knowledge of the market made the buying process stress free. Would definitely recommend Cindy if you are looking to buy or sell some real estate.

Jeanne is very knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and calm (very helpful during the inevitable stressful moments)! I enjoyed working with her because she really cares and has a great sense of humor 8-). She also went beyond the basics by helping us with things we couldn't do so easily/quickly because we didn't live in the house (almost an hour away). We highly recommend Jeanne!
