We wanted to sell our property in a timely manner. Jessie was able to market the property, and we had two interested parties rather quickly. One of those parties purchased the property. Very pleased with the whole interaction with Jessie.

Ed was very helpful from the beginning to end of the process. This was a unique situation where dealing with two co-owners going through a divorce and also during a pandemic. But everything went smoothly. Excellent communication to keep everyone on same page. Felt good about the pricing and handling of negotiation process. Her prompt responsiveness, day or night, and her calming manner during the buying process was so very much appreciative. Nancy handled every aspect of purchasing our home, from start to finish. We were able to sign all of our documents electronically through email and the whole process could not have been easier. Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!
