Ed was very helpful from the beginning to end of the process. This was a unique situation where dealing with two co-owners going through a divorce and also during a pandemic. But everything went smoothly. Excellent communication to keep everyone on same page. Felt good about the pricing and handling of negotiation process. Ed payed attention to details that I did not think of and went above and beyond (going out of his way) to help get things done that were needed. Also had a good rolodex of professionals to help us where needed (lawyer, cleaning, yard work).

We went out and saw a few places and it was a comfortable & informative environment in which I found a beautiful apartment that me and my boyfriend loved. He was quick and always was available for calls or questions, after my experience with him I will never use another realtor .
