I have had the good fortune to have worked with Paul Miraglia on two separate occasions, regarding both the purchase and sale of my condo. A true expert within the Plymouth County real estate market, Paul was spot on with his suggestions throughout the selling process. I appreciated his extremely high level of responsiveness to my questions and his willingness to work very hard to get my unit sold. Completely professional, extremely trustworthy and quite the negotiator. It is with much gratitude and appreciation that I would rate Paul as one of the best realtors that I have had the pleasure to work with.

Julie was a great agent-- * kept me up to date with a curated list of properties that were coming onto the market that met my criteria, so I didn't waste my time looking at places that I wouldn't want to buy * warned me about issues on properties that I might not have been aware of * crafted several offers for likely houses, and kept a positive outlook when we were outbid * successfully helped me create an offer that was accepted * hung in there during an eventful period before closing *painted a lovely watercolor of my new house!
