Recently worked with Emmie on a pretty complicated deal with lots of contingencies and Emmie was a huge part of a team of people on my side that made the process painless. She knows her stuff and I felt confident she was completely on top of everything! Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!

Ellen worked to get our home sold which is obviously the overall goal however we felt like average efforts were displayed during the process. The written description didn’t really match all that the home had to offer and not much time was spent to find out what makes the place truly special. We felt that the open houses weren’t well advertised in the direct area- strongly depended on on online views - no signs up around the streets the days of, etc. With the market the way it is I understand that these things were probably not overly important in the overall experience however we didn’t quite feel the above and beyond that could have been. Otherwise good experience.

If you want an amazing realtor go with Tammy! She came recommended through a friend that had previously been a client, and she surpassed my expectations. As a first-time homebuyer I had no clue about half the things that came up. She was patient and very knowledgeable taking the time to answer my questions - day or night. She gave advice and was always professional with a positive attitude. It won't be for a while but as soon as I'm in the market again, I'll be calling Tammy.
