Ellen worked to get our home sold which is obviously the overall goal however we felt like average efforts were displayed during the process. The written description didn’t really match all that the home had to offer and not much time was spent to find out what makes the place truly special. We felt that the open houses weren’t well advertised in the direct area- strongly depended on on online views - no signs up around the streets the days of, etc. With the market the way it is I understand that these things were probably not overly important in the overall experience however we didn’t quite feel the above and beyond that could have been. Otherwise good experience.

With Ellen by my side as my 'buyer's agent', I had an easy job of purchasing my new home. She did all the work!!! She was patient and knowledgeable in every facet of the process. She brought a level of expertise that made the whole experience run smoothly. I never had to worry about signing something I didn't wholly understand nor making a bad decision. She provided great advise on local contacts and is an excellent negotiator. She worked hard to make sure I got the best deal possible. Nice job! 5 stars!
