Marybeth Nearen is an outstanding realtor! I live out of state and had to settle my Grandfather's estate in Somerville Massachusetts. Marybeth was highly recommended. She helped in so many ways by making things go smoothly while assisting with arranging things to get ready for the sale of the house! I was so nervous with having to deal with things with my Grandfather's house from out of state but I am so grateful that I had Marybeth Nearen's help! She explained the whole process to me and prepared me for what I needed to expect. She had a couple of open houses for me and helped me to get the best offer possible! The sale was quick and I'm so satisfied with the outcome! I would highly recommend Marybeth Nearen as a realtor for anyone!
