Jim sold our home in 4 DAYS,KUDOS TO JIM! He got 4 to 5 copies of the prices of the homes in our areas, showing us what they go for. Went to the lawyer office only once sign some paperwork, from then on any paperwork was signed through our tablets, so easy. We didn't have to leave our new 38 ft. trailer summer home, which is in carver, ma. Jim, made sure our smoke and gas alarms were up to code, he replaced most of them. Have known Jim around 38 to 40 years, bought the house in December 1971. Jim is an knowledgeable, experience, professional Real Estate Agent, and I'm glad we had Jim. After closing, there was an down payment, from the buyer, left-over, I said to Jim you can mail it to us, he said nowhere, I'll drive to Carver, Ma. and hand the check to you personally. Jim was terrific in keeping us informed about the process of selling our home of 41 years. It is a difficult undertaking but he made the experience much easier.
