Carol has been a pleasure to work with. She has an incredible understanding of her trade, and knows the nuances of the NH housing market like the back of her hand. Carol clearly has her finger on the pulse of market trends, and was able to help me secure a wonderful home at a great price, in a time when prices and availability had were changing rapidly and drastically. She showed me several homes, some quite far from her base of operations, and was terrier-like in shaking down the details on several unusual properties. I greatly appreciated her ability to be both diplomatic and very frank as needed; with her on your team as a buyer, you can be confident that all of the i's are dotted and t's crossed. She, had a good handle on the market, and resources in the area which made the sale go smoothly.
