It was such good fortune that we had Dawn as our agent. She was not to us by recommended by anyone. We just happened to walk into one of her open houses. We were not even interested in that particular home, but we were looking for some guidance on the towns on the cape and what might be a good place to look. Dawn not only gave us that guidance but embraced us and poured all of her knowledge and expertise to help us find us the right house. She looked for houses in our original search area but then researched and suggested home across the cape. When we found the home we loved and wanted to make an offer on we were up against multiple bids. However, he guided and provided valuable tactics, information and support needed for us to successfully have our offer accepted (first offer too)! Extremely nice and very knowledgeable about houses. She knew exactly what to look for in every house we looked at. If it were not for her I probably would of ended up in a house with a ton of problems.
