We located Eric through a family recommendation. We could not have been happier with our experience! As first time home buyers the process of buying a home can be overwhelming (even having taken a first time home-buyers class). We were primarily budget driven in our search and Eric was patient and responsive and answered all of our questions, taking us through multiple homes.
