Jessica acted as a buyers agent for us and after doing a ton of research and due diligence she found us the perfect home that met/exceeded all our specific expectations. During the search process we requested that she not bother us with homes that fell short of our expectations and she never disappointed us by taking us on visits to properties that "we might like". When she showed us the "perfect home for you" we bought it within 24 hours of our first visit! She conducted the negotiations professionally and guided us with advise based on the market research she had done, and her intimate knowledge of the property, neighborhood etc. . We were beyond pleased with her attentiveness to our wishes and her thoroughness when it came to details. We know that we were not "easy clients" yet Jessica was always pleasant and fun to work with. We used Jessica to sell our house and buy our next house. What a great agent! So happy we selected her. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area, knowledgeable about the processes, has great instincts, and is ALWAYS available to answer a spur of the moment question that just pops up in your head at 9 pm at night with a very quick text reply (for those who like texts, like I do). She has lots of connections in town and helped us get a handyman in the next day to do some pre-showing repairs whereas the same handyman told us he could do the job only in 2 weeks (that is just a small example of how she helped us out). Both buying and selling is naturally and unavoidably stressful, but she really helped us get through the process minimizing the stress as much as possible.
