To say that I had a positive experience with Bob Starr would be an understatement. His work with me was twofold: he helped me to sell my condo, and find and purchase my dream home. During my search for a new home, he accompanied me to every open house that I told him of, which was many. Due to his expertise, in pricing and timing, he sold it in one day, and for an amount that exceeded the asking price. He helped with all of the arrangements in both that sale and then the purchase of my new home while I was in the hospital! This involved him traveling to me for signatures, his making phone calls to others involved on my behalf, driving me to the bank (with my wheelchair in the back of his car) for document notarization. His level of dedication and commitment made my dream a reality. I am forever grateful to have worked with someone with his level of professionalism and compassion.
