Kaitlin Martel and her Father Steven Martel went above and beyond. This was my first experience selling a home, I was walked through each step and everything was explained in easy to understand terms. The Martels were very friendly. I have know Debbie for many years as we both raised out kids in Lynnfield. I watched her she grew her real estate business over the years with a focus on always putting her clients first. We ended up finding a beautiful townhome. She helped my son who was a first time home buyer. She had so much patience as he trying to navigate what he should look at. He ended up purchasing a condo in June and is thrilled to be a home owner. I can't thank her enough for guiding my husband and I though the process as well as my son!
