Together they shared their experience on how to spot potential issues in a property and helped me keep my standards high and not settle for less. When I finally found *the one*, they were able to schedule a second viewing and do an impromptu inspection to make sure there wouldn't be any major issues before putting down an offer. They gave me great advice on how to be competitive and now I’m writing this review from my new home :-) They walked me through all the documentation and explained everything thoroughly, sent helpful reminders and next steps to keep me on track and on schedule. Additionally they helped me build a great team and kept everyone on the same page! Overall, I truly had an amazing team and got more than I asked for!
