I can’t say enough good things about Bonnie. I was selling an apartment as the remote power of attorney for an elderly friend, which is about as complicated and stressful as a sale can get. She helped get the apartment ready to sell, worked directly with me and the lawyers through all the tricky legal pieces, and walked me through every single step so I never felt lost. And she got us a great price. This was a hard time, and Bonnie was patient, responsive, and genuinely kind throughout. She’s down to earth, honest, and easy to work with, and it was clear she actually cared about doing right by my friend and by me.
