Lastly, from being his customer I have found that Corey further adds value because he himself is also a real estate investor, which means he is constantly doing his homework. Every investor MUST be extra aware of what is happening/changing in their market, or else they could be facing some serious losses. As his customer, you will get to be the recipient of this highly valuable information. GOOD agents are everywhere...but EXCELLENT agents are few and far between. Michelle was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the homes we went to see - pointing out details like the age of the furnace or hot water tank, neighborhood details and even flight plans when we looked at one home close to a small airport. She stuck with us through a very lengthy search and was such a positive influence, keeping us going when we felt frustrated. Michelle was very responsive to our emails and texts, always keeping us up to date. We can’t recommend her enough!
