We were charged with preparing my sisters condo for sale. We met with Pat. He was experienced with prior sales in our development. His pricing was on the mark. Being close to the holidays was a concern to us, however Pat had a feel for the market and he advised us perfectly. The potential buyers were solid. We agreed with the eventual new owner, and we were on our way to closing Pat delivered on what he said. We would work with Pat again.

Julie was a great agent-- * kept me up to date with a curated list of properties that were coming onto the market that met my criteria, so I didn't waste my time looking at places that I wouldn't want to buy * warned me about issues on properties that I might not have been aware of * crafted several offers for likely houses, and kept a positive outlook when we were outbid * successfully helped me create an offer that was accepted * hung in there during an eventful period before closing *painted a lovely watercolor of my new house!

My experience was absolutely fantastic. We found the house of our dreams for a very great price. From the beginning the process was stress free and easy, and that is because Jan knows her profession inside and out. She is reliable, has strong communication, honest, and overall she just wants what’s best for her client(s). If there is something she doesn’t know , you best believe she will find the answer out for you. Buying a home can be a stressful process, but when you have a realtor like Jan it’s easy to put your trust in the process. Overall this has been a wonderful experience for a first time home buyer. I cannot recommend Jan enough to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. You will be in great hands.

Yu is a fantastic agent! She is not a "passive" agent who helps you to schedule an appointment or show you around. She tries to understand what a customer wants and needs (there may be gaps between them!), and uses her experience and expertise to make a suggestion. At first, I didn't listen but the truth taught me. Every time she said, "This is not your house", but I went ahead to look at it, I couldn't agree with her more! The more I listened to her, the more I admired her kindness and professionalism. Another special about Yu is that she is good at "after-sale" services. I bought a house we like, then there are some, like who I should look for a carpenter, a contractor, a roofer...whenever I asked her, she responded to me with great information! It is not like, "ok, you got your house, and leave me alone!" Two thumbs up!

He had helpful recommendations for mortgage and legal teams, and guided us throughout the process.
