We worked with Lynne as buyers agent. We were prepared and had done a lot of research. Lynne never talked down to us or made us feel dumb when we asked many questions over the course of our home-buying journey. She attended open houses with us and went WAY above and beyond so many times during our search for houses. She is amazing and worked with us from the first day all the way to close and after. It always felt like we were the only people she was working with as there were many after hours calls and emails. We truly believe we would not have a new home without her help. Robert Knochen is man who takes the time to explain to his clients all the ins and outs of the buying process, especially to new buyers. My wife and I have had no experience with this at all and Rob made a typically difficult time, a smooth, stress-free and fun experience.
