We recently had Paul representing us for the sale and purchase of homes in Hopkinton. Both were complicated for a variety of reasons. Paul was an excellent representative who helped navigate these complexities with grace, professionalism, expertise, kindness, and a great attitude which made it fun to work with him. He was a great steward of our property (he created great marketing material) and knew its worth and stuck to it through a couple of failed buyer experiences. Our purchase was plagued by legal challenges by neighbors over property disputes that he helped us to process and learn how to approach intelligently. I have known Jess Tomlinson since 2007. What I can say with 100% confidence in those 14 years is when it comes to Jess, she is extraordinarily thorough, self-driven, and loyal. When my husband and I were ready to purchase a home, there was no one else I could fathom guiding us through this process other than Jess.
