Gretchen made my first home buying experience the best I could have asked for. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had in a timely manner. She recommended great people to work with for my mortgage and attorney affairs. I will definitely be working with her again!

Thorough and prompt. Very professional. Excellent communication skills. Kept me in the loop the entire process and went above and beyond. A great experience working with Michelle.

Shane was excellent. I sold my home in two months, just in time to start my job in a new city. Shane completely knows the local market and was very adept at accentuating the positives of my home. I wasn't the easiest client -- I ask a lot of questions and have a lot of opinions -- but Shane managed to satisfy all of my concerns while presenting the facts. I really appreciate his no-nonsense approach. I believe he is equally good with prospective buyers. He explains the pros and cons to enable them to make an informed decision. If you're looking to buy or sell, I highly recommend Shane and his colleagues at Benoit.
