We had a really great experience with Naomi, she is very knowledgeable and caring, she is willing to help in anyway she can. She stays on top of everything needing to be done, always there when we had any questions, and always got back to us as soon as she could. She is very patient, responsive and always on time .Naomi has great negotiation skills. Just tell her what you want and she’ll do her very best to make it happen. I definitely feel she goes above and beyond to please her clients. And most importantly after the whole process she always check to see how things are.And the gifts OMG thanks Naomi!

First off Valencia made my home ownership dreams a reality! I met Valencia on IG and at the time I was only dreaming of a owning my home. I had an initial call with Valencia where she walked me through the home ownership process. She then ask me to go for preApproval. I didn’t believe I would be eligible. She assured me and said you are more than qualify get preApproval. I listened and got approve for way more than what I anticipated. This process can get challenging but Valencia was very patient and made herself available to answer my questions whenever I needed. She showed up on time, negotiated a great deal for me. (My seller paid up to 5k in closing cost in a sellers market) She was professional and honest. If Valencia had not encouraged me to go for preApproval and stayed by my side throughout the process I would still be renting. I love my home, I’m very comfortable with my mortgage payments and just happy with my experience with her. If you are looking for a realtor to help you find your dream home, I highly recommend Valencia. You will not be disappointed!!!! I was blessed with the best realtor!
