First off Valencia made my home ownership dreams a reality! I met Valencia on IG and at the time I was only dreaming of a owning my home. I had an initial call with Valencia where she walked me through the home ownership process. She then ask me to go for preApproval. I didn’t believe I would be eligible. She assured me and said you are more than qualify get preApproval. I listened and got approve for way more than what I anticipated. This process can get challenging but Valencia was very patient and made herself available to answer my questions whenever I needed. She showed up on time, negotiated a great deal for me. (My seller paid up to 5k in closing cost in a sellers market) She was professional and honest. If Valencia had not encouraged me to go for preApproval and stayed by my side throughout the process I would still be renting. I love my home, I’m very comfortable with my mortgage payments and just happy with my experience with her.
