If you're a buyer, he will make sure you know exactly what the house you're looking at is worth before you pull your checkbook out. Lastly, from being his customer I have found that Corey further adds value because he himself is also a real estate investor, which means he is constantly doing his homework. Every investor MUST be extra aware of what is happening/changing in their market, or else they could be facing some serious losses.
