James is an incredible agent. He is very insightful, patient (especially for first time homebuyers like myself), and punctual. He spent many weekends helping us find our first home and as the only agent in the whole process (seller didn’t get their agent), he managed the deal really well. Lastly, from being his customer I have found that Corey further adds value because he himself is also a real estate investor, which means he is constantly doing his homework. Every investor MUST be extra aware of what is happening/changing in their market, or else they could be facing some serious losses.
