Julie was a great agent-- * kept me up to date with a curated list of properties that were coming onto the market that met my criteria, so I didn't waste my time looking at places that I wouldn't want to buy * warned me about issues on properties that I might not have been aware of * crafted several offers for likely houses, and kept a positive outlook when we were outbid * successfully helped me create an offer that was accepted * hung in there during an eventful period before closing *painted a lovely watercolor of my new house!

Jenny listed and sold a home for me in Miami. Throughout the process, she was a true partner, providing guidance and advice that was incredibly helpful. Jenny was always professional and responded promptly to any questions I had. She has years of experience and great knowledge of Miami’s real estate market—two things that served me well in her negotiations for the sale of my residence. I especially appreciated her work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to meet potential buyers at my unit on a moment’s notice. She also offered great advice as to staging my residence. But most importantly, Jenny is just a really nice person who loves her job and is great at it. Selling a home can be stressful but Jenny worked hard to make the process easier. I would definitely work with her on future sales/purchases. Highly recommend.

Gretchen made my first home buying experience the best I could have asked for. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had in a timely manner. She recommended great people to work with for my mortgage and attorney affairs. I will definitely be working with her again!
