As first time home buyers the process of buying a home can be overwhelming (even having taken a first time home-buyers class). We were primarily budget driven in our search and Eric was patient and responsive and answered all of our questions, taking us through multiple homes. Eric provided amazing knowledge of the neighborhoods around Boston. His honest feedback was welcome when looking at different homes.
