I met Erika at a social event and when I mentioned that I was a Developer (Commonwealth Luxury Development) she asked the type of properties I was interested in and told me that she has access to to some that may work for me. If you are a first time home buyer you need to be working with Erika. My husband and I were very nervous about purchasing our first home but never felt more comfortable than when working with Erika. She supported us, kept lines of communications open, answered any and all questions we had, and kept our spirits up when some of our bids were not accepted.
