Working with Bonnie & Charlie was the best decision we made. Having a depth of experience in the local market gave us total peace of mind. Their anticipation for every hurdle before it even happened, explained each step clearly, and negotiated a fantastic result for us. You can’t put a price on that kind of seasoned expertise. We have been working with them for years and will continue to do so in the future!

I can’t say enough good things about Bonnie. I was selling an apartment as the remote power of attorney for an elderly friend, which is about as complicated and stressful as a sale can get. She went well beyond what I expected from an agent. She helped get the apartment ready to sell, worked directly with me and the lawyers through all the tricky legal pieces, and walked me through every single step so I never felt lost. And she got us a great price. This was a hard time, and Bonnie was patient, responsive, and genuinely kind throughout. She’s down to earth, honest, and easy to work with, and it was clear she actually cared about doing right by my friend and by me.

The team was professional, responsive, knowledgeble, and very helpful throughout the entire process. We started with our ideal sale price with the expectation of lower offers, which we got, but we were able to get a buyer to come in at list. Relied on their knowledge of what the industry norms were and we reached the finish line with no issues. The team was able to assist with providing contacts to handle the work requested by the buyers, provided contacts with access, and negotiated terms that worked for both sides. This team has extensive experience and we feel lucky to have had this opportunity to work together and close this deal seamlessly and promptly. Thank you Bonnie and Charlie!
