Gloria did a spectacular job getting my home sold! I called her up in April as the pandemic was worsening and told her I wanted to sell my condo ASAP. She jumped into action, staged beautiful photos that made it look gigantic, got it listed as soon as possible and created a bidding war. I'm so happy with the sale price, quick close, and incredible terms of sale - including getting the inspection waived! I still don't know how she did that. She handled the buyer, attorney and realtor expertly, managing their constant requests and questions like a real pro.
