Karen was an absolute pleasure to work with! My husband and I recently bought our first home and his employer set us up with Karen. She was everything new home buyers could want in a realtor. She was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, kind, direct, and supportive. She would tell us right away when she thought a place wasn’t worth our time and why. She answered all of our questions as first time buyers, gave great solid advice, and was fun to spend time with. She was flexible and definitely had the connections to ensure we got to see what we wanted when we wanted. She was very through during our purchase process and has keep lines of communication open for any questions we have as first time home owners. I would absolutely recommend working with Karen!

Karen was incredible to work with as we searched for and purchased a new home from afar. She walked us through homes virtually and scheduled viewings and inspections on our quick trips to Boston. She knows the local market extremely well, and her guidance as we thought through prices and bidding strategies was flawless. She helped connect us with inspectors and tradespeople, worked seamlessly with our attorney, and generally made the whole transaction smooth and successful. Everyone in Cambrige real estate seems to know and deeply respect Karen. She is cheerful and energetic. We very much enjoyed working with her.

Karen was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was out of state during the sale, and she took care of everything. I felt I was in good hands from the beginning to the end of the process. Many of the things the seller would have to do themselves, she did for me because of the situation. She was also personable and upbeat, making a stressful situation easy. My condo sold one week after being put on the market for over asking.

We first met Karen over two years ago, before we had even decided whether to move to the greater Boston area from California. While we were in town, Karen was kind enough to show us a number of houses in various locations, ranging from Cambridge to Belmont and Lexington, to help give us a feel about the various possibilities. Fast forward about a year, and we had pulled the trigger on moving to the east coast and engaged Karen to help us with our housing hunt. Over the course of nine months, Karen diligently showed us properties that she thought would be of interest to us, and also helped to guide us as our tastes (in both location and style) shifted. She was never more than a text away and also supported us tremendously kindly as we went through multiple instances of cold feet! We finally closed on a home recently and Karen was amazing in her guidance -- helping us get an offer accepted that was slightly below asking. We cannot recommend Karen more -- she will make your home search a journey to remember!
