Karen is phenomenal!!! She is masterful in her work, patient, and has saved us from putting offers in on homes that would have been a money pit. As first time home buyers my wife and I started looking at houses with her during the start of the pandemic in March 2020 and we FINALLY found the perfect home in November of 2021. We must have seen 60 open houses in total and about 30 of them with Karen. She never rushed us or pushed us into spending outside our means. All while in a hot pandemic market where houses regularly received 30 offers. She caught all of the red flags while walking through homes. She educated us on what to look for to ensure a house has good bones and how to make a home our own. She does her homework on houses, more so than the seller's agent (she had answers to questions they didn't even know). Extremely professional with a mother's touch of caring for us. And this is all before we even got an offer accepted. During the closing process she was quick while advocating for us.
