Over the past few years we have worked with and met multiple realtors. Nick stands out as an exceptional realtor for many reasons. He prioritizes his clients and their needs, while constantly advocating for clients when working with other realtors, contractors, banks, towns- the list goes on. Whether it was something that came up in an inspection, or just 'not the right' house, Nick worked hard for us and truly cared about what was best for us. His priority was never about deals or putting in offers, especially if he sensed it was not right for us. He is very patient, easy to communicate with & reach, and consistent in his work. He is an expert in the North Shore, Boston and the general greater Boston area; which we really appreciated in our long lasting search to the perfect home that we eventually purchased.

My husband and I worked with Neil and Andrea to find our first home. Since we were first time homebuyers, we had many questions, and did not know what to expect. Neil and Andrea worked with us every step of the way! Neil answered every text message, email, and call no matter what time of day. Neil and Andrea's professionalism, honesty, and hard work ethic were much appreciated and appreciated. We never felt pressured into making offers we weren't comfortable with. We are so grateful to have worked with Neil and Andrea!
